Book and Sensibility is a tenacious little blog that’s been talking all things books and reading since 2011. It was created by two sisters during that awkward post-grad stage as a way to talk about reading YA fiction as an adult. It’s now expanded to reviews and recommendations for books across all categories and genres.

I can pretty much count the formative stages of my life through the novels I was obsessed with at the time. I love how books can transport us into the worlds of different people and new ideas. This blog has been a great tool for me to keep track of my reading and how my thinking has evolved and grown over the years. My favorite genres are contemporary YA, contemporary romance and anything written by Marie Lu.

I started this blog to poke fun at popular fiction but tumbled headfirst into the world of book blogging. I’ve been a big reader all my life, just ask my grade school librarians! I’m open to all genres and will read anything with a great or unusual premise. I love a good audiobook and review them for Audiofile Magazine.
